UbiniOS for Retail & Pharmacy
Every till, every shelf and every branch, visible from one place
Each cashier owns their drawer and counts it blind at close. Every sale draws stock from the earliest-expiring batch. Purchase orders, transfers and counts leave a trail, and every night the day’s sales post to the books by branch.

- Cash shortages that cannot be traced to a cashier
- Voids, refunds and pay-outs nobody approved
- Stock that disappears between counts
- Expired products found on the shelf
- Goods received that never match the invoice
- Transfers between branches that arrive short
- No clear view of which branch is profitable
- Sales re-keyed into the accounts by hand
A busy shop needs more than a till and a stock book. It needs the till, the shelf and the books connected, so a loss shows up the day it happens.
How it connects
- 01Purchase order
- 02Goods received
- 03Batch & expiry
- 04Supplier bill
- 05Sale & receipt
- 06Stock reduced
- 07Daily journal
- 08Branch P&L
Goods received create the supplier bill and the batches. Each sale reduces stock from the earliest-expiring batch, and each night the day’s sales, VAT, tenders and cost of goods post to the books by branch.

Controls built in
The controls that protect your money
Pay-outs need a supervisor
Pay-outs above your limit (₦20,000 by default) need a supervisor. Cash variances above your threshold and sessions left open too long raise alerts.
Large adjustments wait
Stock adjustments of ₦50,000 or more wait for approval. Suspected theft, adjustment spikes and negative stock raise alerts.
Staff see their own branch
Staff are restricted to the branches they are assigned to. The owner sees every branch from one account.
